Warren Erwin “Buddy” Steinmeyer, Jr. age 72 passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016. Services will be held at 11AM Monday, December 5, at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Harris and Rev. Billy Hargrove officiating. Burialwill follow at Baldwin Memorial Gardens.

Buddy lived in Milledgeville and graduated from Lanier High School. He retired from the Georgia Department of Labor as a Field Representative. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and truly enjoyed the outdoors. He was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and a friend to many.

Survivors include his wife Mary Delaney Steinmeyer of Milledgeville, sons, Jason Steinmeyer (Anne) and Kevin Steinmeyer (Jamie) both of Milledgeville, Warren Steinmeyer of Macon, a daughter Kim Steinmeyer of Macon, two sisters Vicki Youngblood of Milledgeville and Sandy Souza (Jack) of Fayetteville, GA, 5 grandchildren, Logan Steinmeyer, Landon Steinmeyer, Lilly Steinmeyer, Kylie B. Steinmeyer and Presley Steinmeyer and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 5-7PM at Moores Funeral Home.
