This is simply to notify classmates of the passing of Jean Veal on November 27, 2020. At this time we have no further information for a service but will update as soon as possible.      

The following information was shared by Jean's church, Unity of Fairfax, on Dec 4, 2020.

Today we join in prayerful and loving remembrance of our beloved Jean, who made her transition unexpectedly from natural causes on November 27.

We join Jean’s son, Brian—and his children, son, JT, 23, and daughters, Sarah, 21, and Ashley, 18—and all who knew and loved Jean as they support each other with their wonderful memories. May each one feel the peace and love of God, which surpasses all understanding, as they support one another during this time of transition.

Jean was an active member of Unity of Fairfax for many years. Most recently, she served as the Coordinator of our Helping Hands Ministry and prior to our March 2020 pandemic-related closing, she was a welcoming presence many Sunday mornings as a member of our Welcome–Worship Team.

We bless Jean as her beautiful soul moves forward to continue on her joyful adventure in eternal life. We know she is now, and always will be, enfolded in God’s loving light. We also know this same loving light is within and around her family and friends, who knew and loved Jean.
